Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Bloom With The Moon, a lunar journalling and manifestation tracking app available as a web app and iOS app (together, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Bloom With The Moon is a subscription-based app that supports users in working with the lunar cycle through guided journalling, intention setting, and manifestation tracking. The App includes astrological content, moon phase education, and AI-generated personalised insights. The App is intended as a personal wellness and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, or psychological treatment.
3. Subscription and Billing
3.1 Plans • Monthly: $11.00 AUD per month • Annual: $108.00 AUD per year (billed as a single payment) 3.2 Free Trial New subscribers receive a 28-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. 3.3 Billing Subscriptions are billed automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you provided at sign-up. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. 3.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the App until that date. 3.5 Price Changes We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes via email. Your continued use of the App after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian consumer law. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time remaining on a plan after cancellation. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to: • Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others • Respect the privacy and wellbeing of others if any community or sharing features are introduced • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to access systems or data beyond your own account
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: • Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the App's content without permission • Use the App in any way that violates applicable law • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the App
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, design, imagery, astrological frameworks, journal prompts, and brand materials, is the intellectual property of Bloom With The Moon and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. Your personal journal entries remain your own. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your entries for the purpose of delivering the service to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure a reliable and meaningful experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. Astrological and moon phase content is provided for personal reflection and educational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bloom With The Moon and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
